Supply Chain Specialist
We are seeking a versatile Supply Chain professional to manage end-to-end operations, from purchasing to production coordination and customer delivery. Responsibilities
Process customer orders and coordinate with production to meet deadlines. Place purchase orders and manage inventory levels. Communicate with customers and suppliers to resolve issues and negotiate timelines. Analyze data to prevent supply chain disruptions. Support pricing, budgeting, and database setup. Assist with Just-In-Time deliveries, accounting, and quality concerns. Own three small customer accounts and support larger ones collaboratively. Essential Skills
Purchasing, shipping and receiving, inventory management, scheduling, and coordinating. Logistics, supply chain, buying experience, procurement, purchase order management, and inventory control. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office. Ordering and negotiation skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree is a plus, preferably in Supply Chain. 03 years of experience; leadership or project work is accepted. Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills with confidence in presenting to senior customers. Solid math and problem-solving skills. Work Environment
This position offers a direct placement with a hybrid schedule of Monday through Friday, initially working 2 days in the office and 3 days at home. Transition to 4 days onsite and 1 day at home starting September 4th. Initial training requires onsite presence for 5 days a week for 2-4 weeks. The role is based at a corporate location that houses various business functions, including steel and aluminum processing, warehousing, auto parts distribution, logistics, and corporate services. The pay range for this position is $47000.00 - $55000.00/yr.
