Receiving Associate - 1st Shift - $18.77/HR
Join a dynamic team as a Warehouse Worker, where you will play a crucial role in the daily operations of the warehouse. Your main focus will be on the receiving side, ensuring the smooth processing and inspection of incoming goods. You will be responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy and coordinating with various teams to ensure timely delivery and order completion. Responsibilities
Read and understand packing slips to ensure accuracy of orders and inventory. Unload trucks using manual and electric pallet jacks. Transfer stock systematically to the correct locations within the warehouse. Check for damages, shortages, or incorrect items and report discrepancies to inventory and procurement teams. Properly label, organize, and store received inventory in designated warehouse locations. Schedule spare part orders through the UPS online portal. Process spare part orders in the ERP system. Coordinate with production personnel to assure order completion and on-time delivery. Monitor and regulate spare parts inventory both physically and systematically. Essential Skills
Proficiency in using UPS online portal for shipping and receiving. Experience with data entry and manual entry from packing slips into ERP systems. Ability to utilize Excel and FedEx/UPS websites for data management. Proficiency in reading packing slips, BOL, and inventory stock sheets. Ability to lift 50+ lbs throughout the shift, including bending, twisting, and squatting. Steel-toed boots or shoes for safety. Additional Skills & Qualifications
