Join a compassionate and collaborative team providing essential primary care services to patients in a psychiatric inpatient setting. This unique role offers flexibility and the opportunity to deliver high-quality care to individuals who otherwise may not have access to primary care. Deliver in-person primary care services in a freestanding inpatient psychiatric hospital during business hours. Manage an average of 1-2 new admissions per day and 3-4 acute visits daily. Conduct basic procedures such as suture removal and wound care. Collaborate with an established team of psychiatric providers, social workers, nurses, and mental health specialists. Flexible schedule with no after-hours or overnight call. Supportive team environment that values communication and respect. Active licensure as a PA-C, or ARNP Experience in primary care, internal medicine, family medicine or psychiatry preferred Strong interest in serving patients with psychiatric conditions Flexible per diem schedule with a focus on weekend coverage (occasional weekday) Inpatient psychiatric setting with manageable patient volume Work alongside a knowledgeable and welcoming care team Minimal procedures with outpatient-level primary care expectations Navos West Seattle Campus is a freestanding psychiatric inpatient hospital with a long-standing, integrated primary care team.
