Client Experience Coordinator - Dog Boarding Concierge
Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

Do you love dogs and people? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can combine hospitality, customer service, and a little sales magic into one wag-worthy role?
We're looking for a Client Experience Coordinator to help pet parents feel confident and cared for while creating five-star boarding experiences for their furry family members. Think of this as a hotel concierge meets dog whisperer-with a heart for customer service and a nose for what pets (and their people) need.
What You'll Do:
•Greet clients (both human and canine!) with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care.
•Guide pet parents through our boarding options and recommend the best-fit experiences.
•Coordinate bookings and upgrades-from spa treatments to play packages.
•Ensure every stay is smooth, safe, and fun-from arrival to pick-up.
•Assist with check-ins, check-outs, and daily updates to clients.
•Build lasting relationships with repeat clients and their pets.
•Maintain a clean, inviting front-of-house area that reflects our brand.
•Collaborate with the care team to make each dog's stay unforgettable.
You'll Thrive in This Role If You:
•Have a background in hospitality, customer service, or sales (bonus if you've worked in pet care or the service industry).
•Are detail-oriented, organized, and love creating seamless experiences.
•Communicate with empathy, confidence, and clarity-both in person and over the phone.
•Love dogs of all breeds and temperaments-and aren't afraid of a little drool.
•Can multitask without losing your smile.
