Construction Manager
As the construction manager, you will play a key role in overseeing all the rebuild projects after restoration services have been completed. At ServiceMaster we value the utmost integrity, work ethic, and work quality. This role requires a high level of industry knowledge as well as the ability to adapt to the changing landscape of the insurance restoration industry. Key responsibilities include: Inspect and scope jobs onsite Document loss with clear and descriptive job photos and upload into the operating system/software. Writes reconstruction estimates using Xactimate estimating software Communicates conversations and key information on the job using the notes feature in required software Estimates using carrier audit standards and manages the estimate based on feedback from adjuster and customer Oversee operations of all construction projects, ensuring customer and client satisfaction. Schedule and oversee subcontractors and vendors Develop and maintain project schedules, monitoring completion timelines and budgetary requirements. Ensure all work complies with plans, specifications, local codes, and the scope of work. Performs final walk-through and addresses policyholder concerns through reconstruction process Manage project documentation, including permits, contracts, and change orders. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards. Qualifications: Proven experience as a construction manager or similar role in the construction industry Xactimate Level 2 or higher Experience and/or general knowledge of the insurance and restoration industry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field (preferred but not required) Attention to detail Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and methods Benefits: Company car Bonus based on performance Competitive salary Health insurance Paid time off Physical Demands and Working Conditions: Move up to 70 pounds often, by lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, or otherwise repositioning objects.
