The Senior Marketing Manager will lead and drive the downstream marketing strategy for the fixation business unit, with a strong focus on customer engagement, global product launches, sales enablement, and cross-functional initiatives. This high-impact role owns the development and execution of key marketing initiatives from launch through commercialization and manages products across all stages of development. The Senior Marketing Manager plays a critical leadership role in shaping strategy, guiding teams, and ensuring alignment with revenue and growth objectives. Essential Functions: Maintains a deep understanding of market dynamics by attending trade shows, VIP surgeon events, spine surgeries, and cadaver labs Leads the development and execution of launch strategies in collaboration with upstream marketing, including customer segmentation, positioning, and value propositions Serves as subject matter expert for assigned products, driving customer training, clinical support, and sales team engagement Owns creation of core marketing assetsvalue messaging, product claims, sales toolsanchored in clinical evidence and market insights Leads key customer engagements and provides strategic guidance in critical sales situations Develops and executes integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns to support procedural portfolios, ensuring alignment across global regions Oversees and aligns regional marketing efforts with global strategy, ensuring consistency and adaptation as needed Manages and strengthens KOL relationships to support promotional plans and clinical evidence development Mentors and coaches junior marketing team members to enhance performance and support career development Performs other duties as assigned Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these essential functions. Qualifications: Strong comfort working in cadaver labs across the product lifecycle; collaborates with internal/external teams on product development and feedback Skilled in Microsoft Office; ability to write effective business reports and communicate confidently with customers and leadership Excellent presentation and communication skills; able to lead customer meetings and internal team discussions Proven leadership managing cross-functional project teams and marketing initiatives Deep clinical knowledge of procedures, applications, and product portfolio; confident engaging with surgeons and field teams on technical topics Typically requires a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 5 years with a Master's; or 3 years with a PhD; or equivalent experience Experience in medical device product marketing/management, preferably in orthopedics or spine Willingness to travel up to 15% Physical Demands: Required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl Required to regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds Required to possess specific vision abilities, including: close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and capacity to adjust focus Our Values: Passionate About Innovation:
