Description

Gardant Management Solutions is seeking a passionate and experienced Regional Director of Engagement to serve our Indiana and Ohio region. The Regional Director of Engagement will lead and support high-quality, resident-centered engagement programs across our Communities. This role ensures compliance with regulatory standards while promoting vibrant, inclusive, and meaningful experiences that enhance the quality of life for our residents.

Responsibilities: Provide ongoing support and resources to Resident Services Coordinators to develop and sustain purposeful engagement programs Oversee implementation of quality improvement initiatives related to resident engagement across all Gardant communities Ensure resident programming addresses all dimensions of wellness: intellectual, physical, social, spiritual, environmental, and emotional Encourage community involvement through public events, family engagement, health promotion, volunteerism, and resident councils Conduct regular on-site visits to Communities, providing written feedback reports to Executive Directors and Coordinators Facilitate onboarding, in-service training, and monthly team meetings for Activity Directors Support new community openings by assisting with store setup, activity supply orders, and transportation program training Collect, analyze, and report community-level engagement data to guide continuous improvement Assist in the recruitment of qualified Activity Directors Contribute to the development and revision of engagement-related policies and procedures Participate in special events such as Assisted Living Week, supportive living programs, and industry associated contests Serve as a supportive resource for Community leaders on all life enrichment matters

Qualifications

Qualifications: Activity Director Certified (ADC) with Memory Care experience required Bachelor's degree in recreation, healthcare administration, or related field (or equivalent experience) preferred 3-5 years of experience in the healthcare or senior living industry Maintain a valid driver's license with driving record in good standing for travel and use of company transportation Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations for supportive, assisted, independent, and memory care settings Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with ability to engage diverse audiences Demonstrates strong leadership, organizational, and time management abilities Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed
