PositionSummary
The Marketing Director is the owner of our demand-generation engine and the steward of every key performance indicator (KPI) that fuels growth for Sustainable Solutions Corporation and GreenCircle Certified. Reporting to the COO and partnering daily with Sales leadership you will create, execute, and optimize programs that turn awareness into qualified pipeline and pipeline into revenue.
Key Responsibilities KPI Architecture & Dashboarding - Define the marketing metrics that matter (MQL, SAL, SQL, pipeline dollar value, win rate, cost per opp); build live Zoho dashboards in partnership with Sales to create visibility for Marketing and Sales. Demand-Gen Strategy- Plan and delegate high-impact campaigns-content syndication, webinars, email nurtures, paid media, industry events-that consistently exceed lead and pipeline targets. Sales Partnership - Co-own pipeline goals with Sales leadership; align on ICP, lead-handoff SLAs, and follow-up cadences. Join weekly forecast calls to ensure marketing leads are progressing. Content Direction - Guide creation of thought-leadership pieces, case studies, and sales enablement assets that drive demand and accelerate deals. External & Channel Partnerships - Identify and scale relationships with associations, media, and tech partners that expand reach and bring net-new leads. Team Leadership - Recruit, coach, and motivate a team of demand-gen specialists, content creators, and agencies to hit aggressive growth goals. Continuous Improvement - Establish a test-and-learn culture; document findings and iterate rapidly to stay ahead of growth targets.
Required Qualifications 6+years of B2B marketing experience with 3+years leading a team. Track record of setting KPIs and delivering pipeline growth in partnership with Sales leadership. Hands-on expertise with Zoho CRM and/or Zoho Marketing Automation. Proven ability to manage budgets and optimize spend across digital and offline channels. Data-driven mindset; comfortable turning raw numbers into clear action plans. Experience mentoring marketers and managing agencies toward aggressive targets. Excellent communication skills-able to brief executives and collaborate with SDRs/AEs. Preferred: familiarity with sustainability, consulting, or certification industries.
