What You Will Do: Provide window cleaning, gutter cleaning, pressure washing, and soft washing jobs with exceptional customer service. Excel in a team environment. Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships. Create memorable customer experiences. Continuously improve through training and feedback. Requirements: Ability to perform manual labor and work outdoors in various weather conditions. Ability to lift and maneuver equipment, including a Water Fed Pole (weight varies). Valid driver's license. Prior experience in window cleaning, pressure washing, or holiday lighting is a plus. Reliable transportation to job sites. Strong customer service skills. Positive attitude. Ability to follow directions and stay on task. Problem-Solving, grit, and determination to handle challenging tasks.
