Position Overview:
Campbell Hall Episcopal is seeking an experienced, enthusiastic, and dedicated individual to serve as an
JV Coach/Assistant Coach
for our high school program. The ideal candidate will be passionate about developing student-athletes both on and off the field, fostering a positive, inclusive team culture, and contributing to the overall physical, social, and emotional well-being of our students.
Key Responsibilities:
Assistant Coach (Varsity Program)/Head Coach (JV Program): Assist the head coach in all aspects of the high school varsity Tennis program. Assist in planning, organizing, and conducting practices and games. Assist with program operations including equipment management, scheduling, transportation requests, and game preparation. Build positive relationships with student-athletes, families, faculty, and the broader school community. Uphold CIF and league policies, ensuring compliance with eligibility, safety, and conduct standards.
Qualifications: Prior successful coaching experience at the high school, club, or collegiate level. Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Demonstrated ability to build positive rapport with students, parents, and colleagues. Commitment to fostering an inclusive, supportive, and values-based athletic and educational environment. Current CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain prior to employment). Valid Driver's License
Season Schedule: The season will run from August to November. The expected weekly commitment for the Assistant Tennis Coach is approximately 15-18 hours. Practices are held from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM on weekdays. Match dates and times will vary
