Responsibilities: Create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment for preschool-aged children Implement age-appropriate lesson plans that are created for you Manage classroom behavior and ensure a safe learning space Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff to foster a supportive community Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills and knowledge Support children's individual learning needs and encourage their social and emotional growth Unique benefits you won't find everywhere: Guaranteed Hours
