Qualifications: Valid State of Oregon Manufacturing Plant or General Journeyman license required (will consider individuals with a license from a reciprocating state (AR, ID, ME, MT, UT, or WY). Own tools, able to read and understand blueprints. Two years of industrial manufacturing or military experience; knowledge of OSHA and State regulations Experience with controls--PLC, VFD Available to work all shifts, holidays, weekends We offer: $36.00 to $43.58/hour DOQ and monthly bonus potential Comprehensive health, life, and disability benefits 100% company paid ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan); optional 401(k) Career development and tuition assistance Paid holidays and time off Employee recognition and caring programs This position is responsible to design, construct, repair, and maintain our electrical systems so they may operate at peak performance.
