Administering and delivering compensation programs Participating in salary surveys and job evaluations Conducting market pricing and benchmarking Supporting salary planning, merit increases, and incentive programs Ensuring compliance with compensation regulations Preparing compensation reports and analytics Using tools like Workday and Microsoft Excel for data analysis Could also include: Develop and maintain incentive compensation plans using modeling tools. Conduct ROI analysis to evaluate plan effectiveness. Configure and manage Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) software (e.g., Varicent, Oracle). Ensure data accuracy and integrity within compensation systems. Generate regular and ad hoc reports on compensation performance, cost, and compliance. Perform data validation and analysis to support decision-making Respond to inquiries from HR, managers, and employees about incentive plans, calculations, and crediting rules. Collaborate across departments to align compensation strategies with business goals. Prepare training materials, plan documentation, and communication assets. Ensure clear understanding of incentive structures across the organization. Conduct regular audits to ensure compensation plans meet legal and internal standards. Monitor legislative changes that could impact compensation strategies. Import and manage participant data, rules, and transactions. Assign participants to plans and manage pay groups and snapshots Pay and benefits The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $68.00/hr.
