We're looking for a compassionate and reliable Back Office Medical Assistant who is fluent in Spanish and English to join our fast-paced clinic in Downtown LA. This is a great opportunity for someone starting out in healthcare who wants to grow in a supportive, patient-centered environment. Key Responsibilities
Assist with patient intake, vitals, and rooming Support providers with procedures and exams Perform EKGs, injections, and specimen collection Maintain accurate medical records and documentation Communicate clearly with patients in both Spanish and English Ensure exam rooms are clean, stocked, and ready for use Help with scheduling, follow-ups, and patient education Qualifications
Medical Assistant diploma or certification (required) Bilingual in Spanish and English (required) Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask and work in a team-oriented setting Entry-level candidates encouraged to applytraining provided! Why Join Us?
