Maintenance Supervisor

A dynamic opportunity has arisen for a Maintenance Supervisor in a prominent beverage manufacturing facility located in Dallas, TX. This role is pivotal in maintaining the efficiency and reliability of high-speed production lines. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with a Process Engineer and a Production Line Leader, overseeing maintenance for 1-2 lines and supervising a team of four technicians. Your expertise will ensure the seamless execution of maintenance strategies, enhancing equipment uptime and overall operational success. Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate and prioritize work orders and maintenance notifications promptly within a 24-hour timeframe. Organize and maintain an up-to-date work order backlog for effective reporting and tracking. Facilitate daily maintenance meetings to review tasks, realign priorities, and adjust plans as necessary. Coordinate scheduled downtime to incorporate preventive maintenance tasks and manage work orders effectively. Plan and schedule weekly and monthly maintenance activities in alignment with the annual maintenance plan. Collaborate with the line leadership team to optimize line startup, shutdown, and major interventions. Ensure all technical documentation related to maintenance is accurate and current. Develop One Point Lessons (OPLs) and provide training to production team members on essential maintenance tasks. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate reliability and drive continuous improvement. Support initiatives such as Autonomous Maintenance (AM), Breakdown Elimination (BDE), Centerlining (CL), and Clean-Inspect-Lubricate (CIL). Lead improvement planning based on trends and data related to equipment performance. Implement equipment design changes in accordance with Change Management protocols. Collaborate with the storeroom to manage parts inventory, usage, and obsolescence tracking. Engage in vendor acceptance testing, providing design feedback for new equipment. Act as a subject matter expert in developing plant maintenance systems. Ensure all maintenance activities adhere to safety and compliance standards. Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or similar role within a manufacturing setting, preferably in food & beverage or consumer packaged goods (CPG). Comprehensive understanding of preventive and autonomous maintenance systems. Proficiency in maintenance planning, work order management, and continuous improvement methodologies. Strong leadership and communication skills, with a focus on collaborative teamwork. Ability to analyze KPIs and maintenance metrics to facilitate improvements. Familiarity with CMMS systems, equipment documentation, and technical schematics. Compensation & Benefits:
