A successful candidate must be able to lead the execution of Southern California Market Settlement, AP, AR, and other sales-related administrative tasks in compliance with PepsiCo Global Compliance Standards. Responsibilities
Provides strong oversight of key PepsiCo financial review processes for the location and market Manages location administrative team through the annual developmental process
Objective Setting, Mid-year evaluation, and Year-end evaluation process Evaluates team's progress against objectives, identifies opportunities and develops resolution plans Maintains a high level of integrity and professionalism in handling confidential material on a daily basis Ability to work proficiently and calmly under pressure situations Manages and administers specific applications/processes to include specific SME tasks 50%+ of time (AP, CETS, ESC, ERT, Kronos/SAP) in an accurate and timely manner Performs functions in the SAP program Provides coverage with business functions during vacation outages Provides location purchasing support when needed Onsite coordinating and support of meetings/events New hire orientation support Project management Leadership behaviors Develops administrative team capability

manages project work to successful completion Facilitates training with administrative and functional management teams Compensation & Benefits: The expected compensation range for this position is between $59,000 - $88,500. Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting the actual starting salary. 3+ years of experience in administrative support in a consumer goods environment Previous leadership experience managing direct reports Standard accounting/purchasing practices Expert knowledge and experience in Microsoft Word for Windows, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook Experience in leading project rollouts Ability to prioritize work and multi-task
strong sense of urgency Outstanding organizational and follow-up skills
