We are searching for a Facilities Coordinator in our Greenwich office. This role will work closely with Facilities, HR, and IT teams to ensure employees' workstations and other technology hardware needs are met. This will include new hire set-ups, Moves/Adds/Changes, inventory management and other miscellaneous tasks. What will be your responsibilities within IBKR: Assist with the onboarding process for Facilities & IT Maintain printers, scanners, and shredders MAC Work: Moves, Adds, & Changes to employee workstations Assist with the termination process Inventory management of all IT ancillary hardware and building materials Basic IT end user support Which skills are required: Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional level experience Experience in facilities maintenance or equivalent related functions Knowledge of basic IT systems Ability to communicate with all levels of staff Must be able to lift at least 25 lbs.
