Delivery Lead
As a member of the Texas Capital Delivery team, you will play a vital role in transforming the bank by developing and configuring platforms to enhance efficiency and automation. You will contribute to delivering digital solutions, process automation, and improvements that streamline client delivery across the bank. This position involves close collaboration with teams throughout the portfolio, working alongside end-users, operations, treasury, sales, credit, and various lines of business to provide a holistic and seamless experienceultimately resulting in exceptional outcomes for both internal stakeholders and external customers. Your work will focus on implementing functionality that drives operational efficiency through digitization and automation, eliminating manual processes, and reducing cycle times. You will be assigned to a specific platform or custom delivery team, supporting targeted areas as part of our product and platform delivery group, based on your experience. As Delivery Lead, your responsibilities include strategic execution, technical leadership, and team management: Execution & Domain Ownership
Oversee delivery for a domain or Agile Release Train (ART), ensuring execution across multiple teams. Collaborate with leadership to guarantee timely and effective delivery of stories and features. Technical Leadership
Work closely with TPMs and architects to design and implement optimal solutions. Supervise technical user story creation, design documentation, code reviews, and secure builds. Team Management & Engagement
Act as the reporting manager for engineers within your domain. Ensure your teams have the necessary resources and clarity to execute efficiently. Promote reusability, prevent silos, and integrate non-functional requirements (NFRs) into solution designs. Governance & Compliance
Maintain platform ownership and oversee metrics, agile standardization, and governance practices. Ensure accurate and timely compliance with timesheet management and delivery metrics requirements. Responsibilities
Define platform vision aligned with business strategy. Own platform execution of the roadmap, backlog, and value delivery. Champion standardization, reusability, and scalability. Evolve platforms to support innovation and future architecture. Lead stakeholders in design decisions and prevent redundant platforms. Align integrations and best practices with Enterprise Architecture. Develop and maintain incident response and platform resiliency within ITSM. Enforce architectural and operational standards. Manage vendor relationships and drive cost efficiency. Foster a unified team culture and shared goals. Represent the platform to stakeholders and communicate changes. Liaise between platform and application teams. Support Agile processes and team collaboration. Promote innovation, inclusion, teamwork, and diversity. Balance enhancements, maintenance, and technical debt. Oversee lifecycle management including upgrades and deprecation. Partner with SRE/DevOps for reliability and observability. Track SLAs, optimize costs, and automate operations. Define and monitor KPIs and report platform usage and trends. Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulations. Configure workflows, systems, dashboards, and user interfaces across platforms. Gather and define platform requirements. Design and implement integrations with APIs and custom applications. Administer user roles, permissions, and security settings. Optimize operational workflow processes. Evaluate new platform features for program fit. Manage production issues, maintenance, and business support. Document change control and best practices for system maintenance and development. Monitor application performance. Collaborate to design and develop new features. Identify and implement process and efficiency improvements. Automate manual processes and enhance engineering practices. Ensure craftsmanship, availability, resilience, and scalability of solutions. Stay up-to-date with technology trends and mentor others. BS/BA degree or equivalent experience 10+ years of experience working in supporting multiple software projects in various IT roles such as Platform Engineer, Software Engineer, Technical Lead, Product Owner, Configurator. Experience working with teams and driving customer journeys. Experience with cloud solutions is highly desired. The sort of personality who thrives in a fast-moving, quickly changing atmosphere. Passionate about leveraging technology and data to drive performance. Demonstrated ability to map and design business flows. Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships across the organization at all levels. Results-oriented and self-motivated; self-starter with capability to work independently and as part of a team. Experienced in working in an agile team structure, preferable Scrum or Kanban. Experience using Microsoft Azure Dev Ops is a plus. Experience working with data. Experience working with multiple coding languages. Multiple positions available.
