Neyer Plumbing is seeking highly skilled and experienced Plumbing Foremen to join our New Construction Plumbing department. Neyer Plumbing is a leading new construction plumbing company in the greater Cincinnati market for over 50 years.
As a Plumbing Foreman, you will: Review blueprints and project plans to understand plumbing system requirements. Develop work schedules and assign tasks to plumbers based on their skill level. Monitor project progress and identify potential delays. Oversee the installation, repair and maintenance of various plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, drains and sewage lines. Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and regulations. Lead and motivate a crew of plumbers, including apprentices. Provide on-the-job training and mentorship. Communicate effectively with project manages, subcontractors, and customers regarding project status.

Requirements
4-5 years of experience as a lead plumbing foreman
(preferred). If you have 5 years or more of experience, we offer a sign-on bonus! A professional, positive, and energetic attitude. A clean driving record and valid driver's license. Honesty, dependability, and reliability. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Employees must be able to pass pre-employment screening including a background, motor vehicle check and drug screening. Maintaining eligibility to operate company vehicles is a fundamental job requirement. All employees that operate company vehicles must maintain their driving record as insurable under the company's vehicle insurance provider
