Are you a persuasive communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Do you excel at building relationships, setting appointments, and turning opportunities into results? EO&A is looking for a driven Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to be the voice of our top-producing real estate team.

As an ISA, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective clients-engaging with buyers and sellers, qualifying leads, and setting appointments for our outside sales agents. Backed by strong systems, expert coaching, and a steady flow of warm leads, you'll have everything you need to launch or elevate a high-earning career in real estate sales.

Your Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to warm and nurtured leads Qualify buyer and seller prospects and schedule appointments Follow proven scripts and conversion strategies Track all activity, conversations, and results in our CRM Collaborate with agents and leadership to drive business growth

Note: This is a commission-based position with unlimited earning potential.

Responsibilities Participate in PLACE New Agent Launch to internalize PLACE lead generation and prospecting scripts Cultivate and convert inbound sales inquiries to appointments Cultivate and convert outbound sales opportunities to appointments Qualify leads to convey motivation and financial aspects to real estate sales agents Manage database and productivity reports Commit to skill development through education and script practice Become a real estate local expert Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call Track activities and clients in PLACE Technology Qualifications

You are excellent at rapport building and are energized by working with people. You are passionate about selling and converting. You are organized and can handle multiple leads and consistent follow-up methods. You are passionate about teamwork and team oriented goals.
