We are looking for an experienced
Commercial HVAC Technician
with a strong background in commercial and industrial HVAC systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with a wide range of HVAC equipment, including both newer and legacy systems, and a solid understanding of both preventive and corrective maintenance processes. Key Responsibilities Perform installation, maintenance, and repairs on a wide variety of commercial HVAC systems including: Chillers Air Handling Units (AHUs) Rooftop Units (RTUs) DX/Refrigerant systems Chilled Water/Hot Water (CHW/HHW) systems Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) systems Split systems
Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues across multiple HVAC unit types and manufacturers. Complete scheduled preventive maintenance and respond to corrective maintenance needs. Ensure all work complies with applicable codes, safety standards, and client expectations. Accurately document service reports and communicate status updates with the team and client contacts. Qualifications Proven experience (5+ years preferred) in commercial or industrial HVAC service and maintenance. Strong understanding of a variety of HVAC systems, manufacturers, and system ages. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor in customer-facing environments. Preferred Qualifications Valid
Class A Contractor License
(preferred, but not required). TDLR Certifcation HVAC certifications (EPA Universal, NATE, etc.) are a plus. OSHA 10 or 30 certification a bonus.
