The CLO provides strategic leadership and oversight of all legal affairs, ensuring corporate integrity, regulatory compliance, and effective risk management. This role involves advising the CEO, Executive Leadership Team, and Board of Directors, and leading legal strategy across areas like risk management, labor and employment, regulatory compliance, contracts, intellectual property, real estate, and mergers and acquisitions. Education: Juris Doctor degree required; licensed or eligible to practice law in Georgia. Experience: 8-10+ years in healthcare legal matters, including contracts, fraud and abuse, privacy, employment law, litigation, compliance, real estate, and governance. Skills: Strong organizational, facilitation, communication, and presentation skills; ability to build trust and communicate effectively. Personal Characteristics
