- Hand on experience on CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins
- Experienced in utilizing project management tools such as Jira and Rally within Agile environments to prioritize tasks, track progress, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- In-depth understanding of Credit Card servicing processes, ensuring alignment of testing strategies with organizational objectives and standards.
- Skilled in creating comprehensive test plans, conducting test case reviews, and performing regression testing to validate software quality and functionality.
- Strong analytical skills coupled with proactive problem-solving abilities, enabling the identification and resolution of software defects to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and quality assurance professionals, to drive project success.
