Travel Required: Minimal Local travel for scheduled in-person care
Salary / Hourly Rate: $140,000 $170,000 annually (commensurate with experience)

Job Summary:
We are hiring a full-time dual-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner / Family Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP/FNP) to join our outpatient care team in Glendale, AZ. This hybrid role provides psychiatric and primary care support to adolescents and young adults through a blend of telehealth and in-person visits. Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations and routine physical assessments as needed
- Prescribe and manage psychotropic and other necessary medications
- Develop and maintain individualized, trauma-informed treatment plans
- Collaborate closely with therapists, case managers, and external partners (e.g., schools, community providers)
- Provide education to patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatments, and medication management
- Document care thoroughly in the electronic health record (EHR)
- Participate in team meetings and case consultations
- Ensure compliance with ethical, legal, and professional standards
- Stay current on evidence-based practices in adolescent psychiatry, primary care integration, and telehealth delivery
Prerequisites / License & Certification Requirements:
- Dual certification as Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) and Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
- Active, unrestricted Arizona nurse practitioner license
- Minimum 1 year of experience working with adolescents or substance use disorders
- Experience with trauma-informed care and integrated behavioral health
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in both telehealth and in-person clinical delivery
