This role offers a guaranteed base salary with strong incentives and a balanced schedule of OR block time and clinic. You ll have access to advanced laparoscopic equipment and plans for robotic surgery expansion. Call is shared at just 10 days/month and compensated at $550/day. General Comments Val Verde in Del Rio, TX is seeking a General Surgeon Open to new grads Base Salary $425K guaranteed Sign on $30K Quality Bonus $42.5K (10% of base) Call coverage 10 days per per day RVU Model Schedule: M-Thursday morning OR blocktime and afternoon clinic Friday- AM clinic- approx. 10-13 patients and afternoon admin time Currently 3 general surgeons on staff. 1 is retiring soon 5 ORs and 1 C-Section room Equipment:3 new Styker Laproscopic towers Currently budgeting for Da Vinci robot
