This company is seeking a driven Senior Full Stack Developer to become a key player within its Information Technology group. Required Skills and Experiences 5+ years of full-stack application development experience required Strong problem-solving and communication skills (written and verbal) Proven leadership abilities and experience working with internal clients Skilled in building web apps, APIs, and databases Bachelors degree in CS, IT, or related field preferred Proficient in C#, Python, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, PowerShell, and T-SQL Experienced with .NET, Angular, React, Redux, and OOP design Knowledge of REST/GraphQL APIs and message-based, microservice architectures Strong database skills: SQL Server, EF Core, Dapper, structured/unstructured data Hands-on with SSIS, ADF, Fabric Dataflows, SSRS, SSAS, and Power BI Familiar with JSON, XML, Git, and DevOps pipelines (CI/CD) Works within Agile environments using tools for work item tracking Builds and maintains reusable libraries (NuGet/NPM) Experienced in mentoring, code reviews, testing, and enforcing dev standards Familiar with data visualization in browsers and Microsoft 365 tools (SharePoint, Power Platform, Dynamics) Comfortable with Azure cloud tools: Functions, App Services, AKS, ACS, Entra ID, service bus, and AI Foundry Nice To Have

Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) Exposure to Azure AI tools and services (like AI Foundry) Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 ecosystem (SharePoint, Power Platform, Dynamics) Proficiency in modern data visualization frameworks and browser-based tools Experience designing reusable libraries and publishing packages (NuGet, NPM) Understanding of Domain-Driven Design and loosely coupled architectures Background in Agile development environments and related tooling What You Will Be Doing

Support the dev team in building visually appealing, user-focused business and analytics apps Translate user needs into clear functional requirements, reports, and app features Develop scalable, enterprise-level web APIs following best practices Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to improve user experience and design Build dashboards, scorecards, and performance reports for business insights Design, develop, and test reliable, efficient reports and business tools Maintain clear and accurate technical documentation Work with varied data sources to extract insights and communicate findings Perform statistical analysis across diverse datasets Train and advise users on BI tools and solutions Diagnose and fix performance issues or bugs in apps, reports, and systems Office Location
