Routine travel to each of your facilities to be a present part of your team and provide in person support. Ensure that all your facilities are operating to the best of their abilities. Requirements Regional Director of Operations (RDO) Requirements: Bachelor's of science degree, or bachelor's of science in nursing. Master's degree preferred. Minimum of 5 years managing a multi-site experience, or regional management experience. A current and valid LNHA or eligible for licensure in Illinois.
