Have basic knowledge of Postscript, PDFpre-flight and troubleshooting skills

Knowledge of digital printing and graphic technologies

Knowledge of imposition/set-up and print file readiness

General Responsibilities

Operateand administerwithin adailyworkflowinside account web-to-print order systems,supporting customer orders, profiles, tracking,communication, deliverynegotiation(i.e.Smartsheet), purchase ordermanagement in system

Monitor and respond to Shared team Inboxes,SharePoint sitesand phone support

Enter ordersfor customerswhen end-userunableto do so(custom oreLibrary)

Provide support in technical design and general layout abilitieswith(not inclusive)the followingsoftware:

Adobe In-Design

Adobe Acrobat

Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Publisher,Power Point)

Printshop Mail Program for barcoding and variable data

Follow andoperatewith accountdocument standardization specifications

Administer the database of document records: launch, update, and obsolete records

Administer the proof library,maintainingparity between database and approvedproofs

Maintain docs in electronic repository in multiple systemsforliterature needed for view or order (key word searches of content or metadata)

FTE Site Navigation(web-to-print order systems, customer provided)

Customer and XeroxShared Drive navigation

Convert author PDF files into print-ready imposed files using Xerox software,Pitstopand vendor web-to-print modules

Pull and send customer Invoices from web-to-print portal

Assistwith customer service requests as needed

Provide off-site support to cover La Crosse mailroom(shipping and mail experiencenot necessary, but preferred)
