Cloud Solutions Architect Location : Dallas, Texas Work Type:
Hybrid (Onsite) Experience: · Experienced in both Cloud technologies and Delivery/Implementation/Execution of projects · Advise on the public cloud services in AWS and Azure – IaaS, PaaS, FaaS, DBaaS and AI Services · Analyse existing on-premises and cloud architectures to identify areas for improvement and optimization. · Design and implement scalable, secure, and highly available cloud solutions. · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define cloud architecture standards and best practices. · Lead the migration of legacy systems to cloud-native platforms. · Provide technical leadership in the areas of networking, distributed computing, microservices. · Ensure robust cybersecurity practices are integrated into all architectural designs. · Contribute to the development of Agentic AI platforms (experience in this area is a plus). · Drive delivery execution and ensure alignment with business goals and timelines.
Required Qualifications: · Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. · 10+ years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years in cloud architecture roles. · Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). · Strong background in: · Computer networking and security OSI, DNS, Routing, Subnets, VPC, TCP/UDP/MQTT/gRPC, SSL, SSH, VPN etc. · Distributed computing and systems design · Backups and Disaster Recovery · High availability and disaster recovery strategies · Microservices architecture and container orchestration (Kubernetes) · · Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.). · Proven track record of delivering complex cloud transformation projects. · Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications: · Experience with Agentic AI platforms or autonomous AI systems. · Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert · Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines. · Knowledge of virtualization technologies, such as VMWare, OpenStack, OpenShift etc.
