We are hiring for a
Hospitalist
and a
Nocturnist
position. A Nocturnist role requires working exclusively overnight shifts. Candidates must be comfortable with a nocturnal schedule and possess the ability to deliver exceptional patient care during nighttime hours.

We are seeking hospitalists and nocturnists to join our close-knit team of ten physicians and two advanced practice providers (APPs), supported by a clinical performance nurse at St. Joseph London. Work alongside a dedicated team that thrives on collaboration. We offer a supportive environment where teamwork is a cornerstone of our approach. We actively support each other at every turn, ensuring that our patients receive the highest standard of care. We proudly offer visa sponsorship (H1B or J1) for those who require it, with dedicated in-house visa specialists and licensing and credentialing experts. Sound fully covers all essential visa filing fees and services.
Qualifications
Board certification or eligibility in family or internal medicine. New graduates are welcome to apply. Completion of training, board certification, and unrestricted APRN license to be granted before the start of employment.

Hospitalist and Nocturnist opportunities available We understand the importance of work-life balance and offer a flexible schedule with both day and night shifts to accommodate personal commitments. Our team fosters a culture of support, where we cover for each other when someone needs time off, ensuring a healthy work-life balance for all.
Key Responsibilities
Manage various cases in a 150-bed hospital, focusing on complex cases in a semi-open ICU, benefiting from round-the-clock intensivist coverage. Collaborate closely with nursing staff and engage in key medical staff committees, including the credentialing and medical executive committees, to improve communication and patient care. Participate in teaching and mentoring medical students, APPs, and residents from Lincoln Memorial University, fostering a culture of learning. Engage in weekly group huddles to discuss challenges, share updates, and ensure seamless collaboration across the team. Work within a structured program divided into two daytime groups, with support from a dedicated nocturnist for night coverage.

Rewards And Benefits
Compensation:
Competitive salary with additional bonuses based on performance. We are offering a commencement bonus of $50,000 for the Day Hospitalist. We are offering signing incentives of $125,000 for the Nocturnist position.
