Join a collegial team of 1 Urologist, currently in practice with 3 NPs Admissions managed by the hospitalist service with a call schedule of 1:4 APP assists in the OR and helps manage hospital patients Dedicated block time of 2-3 days/week with a well-trained and dedicated OR staff with efficient turnover Essentia Health Fargo Level II Trauma Center 2 Da Vinci Robots, 120-Watt Holmium Laser, Thulium, Rezum Therapy, MRI Prostate Guided Biopsy, Urodynamics Built in referral pattern from large health system: Regional Service area consists of 25 clinics & 5 hospitals Clinic, ER, OR, and hospital within the same facility making care efficient REQUIREMENTS
