Our client, a nationally recognized hospital pioneering compassionate end-of-life care for adults with advanced cancer and life-limiting illnesses, is hiring a Nurse Practitioner (NP). Provide high-quality, patient-centered care as part of a collaborative team focused on continuity and dignity at every stage. Key Responsibilities

Deliver palliative care services to terminally ill adult patients across inpatient and community settings Manage a patient panel with an emphasis on continuity of care alongside fellow NPs Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure compassionate, holistic care Support patients and families through symptom management, advanced care planning, and end-of-life decision-making

Qualifications

Current NP license in New York State Certification as a Palliative Care NP strongly preferred Will consider AGNPs (preferred) and FNPs with relevant experience New graduates welcome to apply if experienced in oncology, hospice, or palliative care as an RN
