As a

Field Service Technician II

here at Honeywell, you will be accountable for providing technical expertise and overseeing gas meter installation field service operations. You will have the opportunity to work on complex projects, ensuring successful implementation and customer satisfaction. Your problem-solving skills will be put to the test as you troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, both remotely and on-site.

You will report directly to our Field Service Manager, and you will work out of our designated location on an on-site work schedule. In this role, you will have a direct impact on the success of our field service operations, the satisfaction of our customers, and the growth of the organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide technical expertise and oversee gas meter installation field service operations

Guide and execute complex field service projects, ensuring successful implementation and customer satisfaction

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, both remotely and on-site

Work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions for customer needs

Conduct training sessions for field service technicians and customers

Stay updated with industry trends and advancements, and provide recommendations for improvement

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

YOU MUST HAVE

Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in gas meter installation field service or a similar role

Strong technical knowledge and expertise in gas meter technologies

Valid Driver's license
