UNC Health is seeking an Urgent Care Medical Director (MD/DO) to support Urgent Care services at Carolina Pointe II in Chapel Hill, NC, and Hillsborough in Hillsborough, NC. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Attending local quality meetings and supporting quality improvements Reviewing and approving patient discharge requests Participating in provider recruitment and interviews Attending Medical Director meetings Reviewing and approving provider PTO requests Assisting with physician and APP onboarding Conflict resolution Leading monthly provider and team meetings Participating in quarterly financial and practice metric reviews Performing annual provider reviews Ensuring appropriate APP supervision Clinic Hours: Sunday - Saturday, 8am - 8pm Benefits and Perks:
