Offering $450K base salary $150-200K student loan assistance, $50K sign-on bonus Schedule: 7 on 7 off, 6P-6A Procedures: Art Line, Central Line, Chest Tube, Intubation, Swan-Ganz, Thoracentesis, Bronchoscopies Patient volume: 16-22 patients per shift Affiliated with Mayo Clinic Voted Top 1% Hospital 95% physician retention rate Financially stable institution Types of patients in ICU: sepsis, DKA, respiratory failure (with and without intubation), post-cardiac cath, MI, postcardiothoracic surgery, vascular, post-arrest, COVID-19, GI bleeds, general postoperative, etc. Community / Location Kansas City, named after the Kansa Indians, blends urban and prairie environments. Known as the "City of Fountains," it features numerous outdoor water features, and a vibrant jazz scene, especially in the 18th & Vine Historic District and City Market.
