Our Delaware non-profit system is seeking to expand our OB/Gyn physician team. Our women's services deliver an estimated 2,700 deliveries annually. The number of deliveries has been continually increasing as the population in our service area expands.
The following information provides an overview of the skills, qualities, and qualifications needed for this role. Position Highlights:
Join a group of three OB/GYN physicians Six days of call per month, including one 24-hour weekend shift Choose between two locations: outpatient clinics with newly renovated space within a 7-minute drive to the hospital campus, and a second clinic adjacent to the hospital Midwives cover 95% of non-complicated deliveries at one campus; hours are 7A-5P at the other Facilities include 10 LDRs, 4 OB ED triage rooms, 1 pre-op room, 2 PACU beds, and 2 dedicated ORs Pediatric hospitalists available for C-section coverage Postpartum beds: 20 Robotics technology available EPIC EMR system in use Visa candidates are welcome to apply Compensation and Benefits:
Fixed base salary plus wRVU and quality bonuses Sign-on bonus and relocation stipend Comprehensive benefits package including PTO, CME with stipend, malpractice insurance with tail coverage, and matching 401K/403B plans Non-profit PSLF qualified Community and Location: Located less than two hours from Washington, DC, Baltimore, and Philadelphia, and near Delaware’s beautiful coast, Delaware offers a low cost of living, rich history, outdoor recreation, and tax-free shopping.
