Triple Cities Metal Finishing is seeking a motivated Recruiter / HR Generalist to join our team for a temporary 3-month contract! While this is a temporary position, there is a possibility for transition into a long-term, permanent role based on performance and organizational needs. This role is focused primarily on recruiting and talent acquisition, with additional support for general HR functions. This position requires someone who can work independently, manage multiple requisitions, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

We are ISO 9001:2015, AS9100D & NADCAP Certified!
Since 1945, TCMF has made innovative, as well as necessary changes in the way we conduct everyday business. From advanced surface preparation to highly technical finishing processes, we can handle the smallest pieces to large parts over 30 feet long.
Our three shifts of skilled professionals in our 125,000 square foot facility have made us the vendor of choice for metal finishing for Northeastern United States. Whether it is electroplating, electroless plating, wet paint, or powder coat, we finish it right the first time!
Position Overview
Recruitment and Onboarding:
Manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles across departments.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview schedules.
Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Create offer letters and conduct onboarding sessions.
Other HR Duties:
Maintain physical and digital files for employees, including their documents, benefits, and attendance records.
Keep accurate records of employee attendance and leaves.
Maintain organizational charts and employee rosters.
Process employee queries promptly.
Assist in executing personnel procedures and policies.
Assist with administering benefits, including open enrollment.
Qualifications
Experience:
Experience in a HR role, preferably in a manufacturing or similar environment.
Skills:
Clear and concise communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey information and/or ideas professionally across all levels of the organization.
Ability to create and maintain positive and professional relationships at all levels of the organization.
Strong attention to detail
Strong analytical skills
Ability to problem-solve issues to their root cause and work to implement corrective action.
Excellent organization skills.
Education:
High School Diploma or Equivalent.
Total Compensation Package
Wage
$18.00-$25.00 per hour. Compensation depends on the selected candidate's experience.
