Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to maintain high-quality, stainless steel food processing machinery used by major companies in the food industry. The role involves ensuring the proper functioning of equipment through mechanical and electrical maintenance and troubleshooting tasks.
Responsibilities
Repair and replace gearboxes, motors, belts, sensors, and transmitters.
Conduct mechanical maintenance and preventative maintenance on a daily and weekly schedule.
Understand schematics and hydraulics for hydraulic troubleshooting.
Utilize electrical knowledge and troubleshooting skills up to 480v.
Repair Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs).
Possess a varied knowledge of Allen Bradley PLCs, with minimal troubleshooting required.
Essential Skills
Mechanical troubleshooting.
Repairing VFDs and replacing belts, motors, and gearboxes.
Electrical troubleshooting up to 480v, typically using 220v and 40v.
Basic understanding of PLC troubleshooting.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with PLC troubleshooting.
Electrical experience.
Knowledge of Allen Bradley systems.
Understanding of ladder logic.

Shifts available include a second shift from 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM and third shift from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM.

The pay range for this position is $69992.00 - $79040.00/yr.
Direct Hire
Starting Pay: $29.00- $35.00
Shift premium - $1.00 dollar an hour on 3rd shift
Every year there is a COLA in April - 2.8-4%
