Loma Linda University Medical Center is a Level 1 Trauma Center, Comprehensive Stroke and STEMI Center, with an annual census of over 70,000 visits, an ACGME accredited 3-year residency program since 1984, and Fellowship programs including: Pediatric EM, International EM, Medical Education, Emergency Medical Services, and Ultrasound. Our institution offers a variety of opportunities for professional growth and development, along with an academic appointment with the Loma Linda University School of Medicine.

Nestled at the foot of the San Bernardino mountains, we have convenient access to beaches, skiing, hiking, and a variety of other outdoor activities. This growing region has a low cost of living and excellent private and public school systems. Faculty members are eligible for federal student loan forgiveness programs.
Compensation & Benefits
Expected Total Annual Compensation: $255,000 - $325,000
The compensation range listed above includes variable compensation and is based on a 1.0 FTE work schedule/effort, as outlined in the individual department compensation plan. The compensation range for starting base compensation only, which is adjusted in accordance with years of experience and/or faculty rank, is expected to be $230,000 - $275,000. More information on compensation is discussed with the department during the recruitment process.
