In affiliation with the University of Arizona, Banner-University Medical Center Phoenix seeks an experienced Hospice & Palliative Medicine Physician. The role offers mentoring, resources for academic development, a faculty appointment, and opportunities to expand Hospice & Palliative Care services and teach students, residents, and fellows from the University of Arizona. Key Responsibilities:
Deliver patient-centered hospice and palliative care, demonstrating expertise in medical specialty. Provide didactic and clinical teaching to care staff, residents, fellows, and medical students. Engage in research to improve disease management and advance educational programs. Participate in systemwide Palliative Care, Geriatrics, and Integrative Medicine Clinical Consensus Groups. Minimum Qualifications:
American Board of Internal Medicine certified or eligible. Fellowship-trained in Hospice and Palliative Medicine. Work Schedule: Monday-Friday with some weekend call coverage. Location: Banner University Medical Center - Phoenix Campus, 1111 E McDowell Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85006.
