Responsibilities include:
Leading discovery phases for mobile projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and developing prototypes. Defining architecture for reusable mobile widgets and ensuring integration across Walmart's mobile products. Troubleshooting issues on mobile devices, analyzing root causes, and implementing solutions. Leading project teams, providing guidance, and conducting design and code reviews. Developing innovative mobile solutions aligned with business objectives. Managing large-scale, cross-platform mobile projects from requirements gathering to deployment. Driving multiple business initiatives, removing barriers, and supporting continuous improvement. Mentoring engineers and fostering a diverse, inclusive team environment. Qualifications:
MS in Computer Science or related field. 20+ years of software engineering experience, with 15+ years in mobile product development for iOS and Android. Deep expertise in Swift/Kotlin, REST APIs, and large codebase management. Experience collaborating with AI/ML teams and creating accessible digital experiences. Additional skills preferred:
Experience with Rich Media Content, Conversational Applications, Game Design, or 3D Graphics. Location: Sunnyvale, CA. Salary range: $169,000 - $338,000 per year. This job posting is active.
