Must have current medical licensure or be able to obtain one Must be certified in ABOG or AOBOG At least three years of documented residency program leadership experience Willing to share administrative and diagnostic (teaching) responsibilities (50/50) Strong administrative and team-building skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ongoing scholarly activity expected Prior experience as a chief resident or core faculty encouraged Job Details
