Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Program Director to develop residency infrastructure, including curriculum development and resident recruitment. Provide oversight of outpatient primary care, office procedures, precepting, didactic teaching, and resident mentoring. Spend approximately 70% of time on teaching and administrative duties, and 30% on clinical care. Deliver full-spectrum family medicine care, including inpatient medicine and obstetric skills.
Program Highlights:
Community hospital setting; unopposed program. Established program with 7.5 core faculty physicians. Qualifications:
Board Certified by the American Board of Family Medicine (ABFM). Interest in geriatric care is desirable but not required.
