This is a hybrid role reporting into Charlotte, NC. We are seeking a skilled Power BI Sales Developer to design, develop, and maintain dynamic sales dashboards and reports that empower both field sales teams and leadership with actionable insights. The ideal candidate will have advanced expertise in Power BI, including strong proficiency in DAX, M language, and Power Query. This role requires the ability to build scalable data models, create impactful visualizations, and uphold the highest standards of data accuracy and integrity. A solid understanding of financial principlesparticularly Profit and Loss (P&L) statementsis preferred. Responsibilities

Develop and optimize data models for reporting and analytics Utilize advanced Power BI features such as Power Query, custom visuals, and data transformation techniques Work with sales data, including familiarity with Salesforce data structures Understand financial concepts, including P&L statements, revenue recognition, and financial performance metrics Create clear, engaging visualizations for diverse audiences Collaborate with sales teams to understand their reporting needs Provide training and support on Power BI tools Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and regular updates of data sources Maintain efficient data models for optimal report performance Understand sales operations and KPIs Qualifications

5+ years in Power BI development, preferably in manufacturing or industrial settings Bachelors degree or equivalent in Business Intelligence or related field Experience connecting Power BI with back-end systems and building transformation logic Intermediate/Advanced Microsoft M-365 knowledge Advanced SQL skills Proficiency with Salesforce.com Experience in Data and Process Modeling Strong analytical skills Project/Program Management experience Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment Additional Details
