The ideal candidate will be sales and service focused, team-oriented, self-motivated, resourceful, detail-oriented and enjoy working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. The Personal Lines Account Manager regularly interacts with new and existing clients as needed on the most complex accounts.

Requirements
- Manage a book of Insurance business.
- Use experience, discretion, and independent judgment to conceptualize and implement solutions to meet client needs as to coverage and costs.
- Collect and analyze client information.
- Regularly interacts with clients in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist the Producers for new and existing clients as needed.
- Achieves established sales goals.
- Provides marketing expertise.
- Provides networking opportunities.
- All other duties as assigned.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Strong Organizational skills.
- Active property and casualty license.
- 2 5 years of personal lines insurance agency/brokerage experience
- Experience Cross-selling and Upselling.
- College degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Insurance sales experience.
- Medical Insurance
