Occupational Therapist II
We're looking for a dedicated and experienced full-time Occupational Therapist to join our team! This position is primarily based at our Waltham location, with one day per week at our upcoming Needham clinic beginning January 2026. (free parking at both!) Key responsibilities include providing occupational therapy services to patients with physical dysfunction in accordance with established departmental and professional practice guidelines, standards and protocols. You will perform evaluations, assign occupational therapy diagnoses, and develop and implement patient treatment programs and goals. You will also prepare discharge plans and home treatment programs, and instruct and educate patients/families. Arranging follow-up services as needed is also part of the role.
Minimum qualifications include a bachelor's degree in occupational therapy and a minimum of 3 years of licensed OT experience required. Previous pediatric OT experience is highly preferred. Occupational therapist license in the state of MA is required.
