Our client, a leader in the Insurance industry, is currently seeking a highly skilled and dynamic individual to fill the role of Director of Pricing within their Actuarial Department. This is a permanent position aimed at enhancing the company's capabilities in Personal Lines Pricing and Product Development.
Role & Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the pricing strategies and initiatives for personal insurance products.
• Utilize actuarial data and analytics to develop pricing models that align with company objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Development and Marketing, to ensure the successful launch and positioning of insurance products.
• Implement and maintain robust risk management frameworks to mitigate potential losses and enhance profitability.
• Regularly review and adjust pricing structures based on market trends and company performance data.
• Provide strategic leadership to the actuarial pricing team, including mentoring junior staff and fostering a culture of innovation.
