nnYour Impact as a Human Resource Coordinator
nIn this role, you will:

- nManage Employee Data : Enter and update new hires, pay rate changes, and termination information in HR systems. n
- nAssist with Recruitment : Review applications and resumes, evaluate applicant qualifications, and provide hiring recommendations. n
- nAdvise on HR Policies : Guide managers, supervisors, and employees on company HR policies and procedures . n
- nHandle Payroll & Records Management : Assist with payroll-related inquiries , maintain accurate employee records, and ensure compliance with HR regulations. n
- nSupport Employment Transactions : Provide consultation on transfers, promotions/demotions, reductions-in-force, placements, and independent contractor status . n
- nCoordinate Employee Recognition Programs : Oversee and ensure adherence to Employee Recognition Guidelines for staff events and appreciation initiatives. n
- nMaintain Compliance & Documentation : Prepare, monitor, and maintain personnel and risk management files , ensuring compliance with state and federal laws. n
- nPerform Administrative HR Functions : Compose confidential correspondence, prepare spreadsheets, and handle data entry . n
- nInterpret & Enforce Policies : Explain company policies, employment laws, and workplace regulations to managers and employees. n
What Makes You a Great Fit
nWe’re seeking someone who:

- Has at least 2 years of experience in Human Resources and/or Payroll . n
- Demonstrates strong organizational and multitasking abilities to meet deadlines effectively. n
- Possesses excellent communication skills to interact with employees at all levels. n
- Maintains confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive HR matters. n
- Is proficient in HR software, data entry, and reporting systems . n
- Understands federal and state labor laws and compliance requirements . n
- Works well both independently and as part of a team . n
