O’Neill Healthcare is looking for a Director of Financial Strategy to join our dynamic team! O'Neill Healthcare's home office supports nursing homes and assisted living facilities on the west side of Cleveland and has over 975 employees.
This onsite position offers exciting project-based work, using QuickBooks, Microsoft Dynamic GP, ADP, Office 365, PointClickCare, and other software to manage workflow in a supportive, growing, fun team environment that values your contributions.
Core Functions Of This Role Include
Financial statement review Expense tracking/projections Revenue tracking/projections Financial projections for new lines of business Budget development and cost controls with all departments that involve labor, supplies, and services Vendor negotiations Strategic financial guidance for Medicare, Medicaid, and insurance contracts Scheduled management and reporting for various government agencies Review and evaluation of insurance contracts
