Executive Sous Chef –

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Executive Sous Chef to lead our culinary team in a prestigious fine-dining environment. This role requires a visionary leader with exceptional technical skills, refined taste, and a passion for delivering unforgettable dining experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, inspire, and mentor the kitchen brigade to achieve the highest culinary standards.
- Design and execute innovative seasonal menus that reflect our fine-dining brand.
- Manage kitchen operations including scheduling, ordering, cost control, and sanitation compliance.
- Collaborate with ownership and front-of-house management to ensure seamless service.
- Maintain relationships with premium suppliers to source the finest ingredients.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Sous Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a fine-dining setting.
- Proven track record in menu development, kitchen leadership, and operational excellence.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Commitment to maintaining a clean, efficient, and inspiring kitchen environment.
