Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, inspire, and mentor the kitchen brigade to achieve the highest culinary standards.
  • Design and execute innovative seasonal menus that reflect our fine-dining brand.
  • Manage kitchen operations including scheduling, ordering, cost control, and sanitation compliance.
  • Collaborate with ownership and front-of-house management to ensure seamless service.
  • Maintain relationships with premium suppliers to source the finest ingredients.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Sous Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a fine-dining setting.
  • Proven track record in menu development, kitchen leadership, and operational excellence.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Commitment to maintaining a clean, efficient, and inspiring kitchen environment.
